Payment Policy
Payment is due upon reservation of a lesson. Your payment serves as an automatic confirmation for your scheduled lesson. If we have not received payment by the day before then we will automatically cancel your lesson, unless you have agreed with your instructor to other payment terms.
If you have to reschedule/cancel your lesson for any reason, then please do so at the latest the day before for to receive a 100% credit/refund. If you cancel the same day then 50% of the lesson is due. 100% is due for cancelation if less then two hours before and for any no shows. Please contact your instructor directly either by email or phone (preferred). We reserve the right to reschedule your lesson latest by the day before.
If you cancel your course, then you may request a full refund unless you have already taken one or more lessons, at which time your refund will be reduced to reflect the completed lessons. Please note that any discounts we might be offering apply to a completed course only.
How to Order
To purchase a course, select your course and click on ADD TO CART. To purchase multiple courses, change the quantity in the CART and click on UPDATE.

Definitions
Day before: If you schedule a lesson for Saturday, then Friday will be the day before.
Lesson: A lesson is a two-hour block of instruction.
Course: A course consists of one or more lessons.
